In Thailand, the first thing we say to our guests is “Sawad Dee”,”Hello”, “Pai Nai Ma”, “Where have you been?” invitably followed by “Gin Kao Rue Yung?”, literally “Have you eaten yet”?
Good food is one of the great pleasures of this life. And eating is a central part of Thai culture
“Bank” and “Aoi” met for the first time at the Culinary school in Bangkok. After graduation, Bank and Aoi went to worked at a luxury resort in Lake Tahoe, before moving to Seattle to work in restaurants there, before moving to Bellingham to fulfill their American Dream of opening their own restaurant.
